Pre Selection Screening:

We also establish the candidates technical skills and experience along with assessing their softer skills and personality, taking into account our understanding of your needs from the job specification.

Short Listing:
Depending on our agreed recruitment process, we will create a bespoke interview and assessment guidline for your brand to select, allowing for a more specilised interview process. Our flexible approach ensures that candidates are selected according to your key criteria and competencies.

All candidates who, after pre-selection screening we believe to be suitable for your vacancy, will be selected to go through this further selection process before being represented to you for final interview.
