How we do it….

General Recruitment

There are many categories of employee that are constantly in demand and we recruit these through regular media advertising, direct mail, leaflet drops and personnel recommendations. This ensures that we have a pool of pre-selected assessed personnel always ready and available to work for you with the minimum amount of notice.

Selection

Every applicant is interviewed by and experienced consultant, they are given aptitude and skill based tests to help us assess their skills. Driver’s licences checked and rechecked every 6 months. References are taken for up to 5 years previous and stringently checked.

Filling a vacancy

When we receive a vacancy from you we start with the widest ranging aspect of your request then step by step we match your needs as perfectly as we can, narrowing the potential candidates down to a selected few that can you can either trial or interview to ensure the right applicant for your long term company future or to help with tricky times.

On Site Agency

If you have a high level requirement for agency personnel, we will even place a consultant permanently on your site to help manage your requirements and our temps.
